SHIPPING POLICY
At PeppyGlow, we work to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review the information below for details about processing times, delivery, shipping costs, tracking, and international orders.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment before leaving the fulfillment facility. Our typical processing time is 1–3 business days.
Processing time occurs before your order is shipped and is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 10–15 business days, depending on your destination, carrier, customs processing, and other shipping conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated per product and may vary based on the product's weight, destination country, and applicable carrier rates.
If your order contains multiple products, each individual product may have its own shipping charge. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
Once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout the delivery process.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.
International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
For applicable orders, tariff-related fees are included in the shipping cost calculated during fulfillment.
However, customers in certain international destinations may still be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and may be collected separately from your PeppyGlow order.
Shipping Delays
While we work to provide accurate delivery estimates, PeppyGlow cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our Customer Care team.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PeppyGlow accepts eligible return and exchange requests when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies under our Refund & Return Policy. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos or video showing the issue. In most cases, a physical return is not required; however, if a return is necessary, PeppyGlow will provide specific instructions. Please do not send products to an address unless we have provided the return address to you. For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, except where required by applicable law.
For eligible exchanges, PeppyGlow may provide a replacement of the same product when the original item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the requested replacement is unavailable, PeppyGlow may provide an appropriate alternative or issue a refund. Refund requests for eligible order cancellations must be made within 5 days of the original charge, provided the order has not entered processing or shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
